Heritage will never show up on our family business’ balance sheet, but it is one of Bridges of Indiana’s richest assets. Bridges was born out of a mother’s love for her son. Having experienced similar struggles as the families we serve, we have focused our business and services back on individuals and families. We have a fundamental understanding of the unique needs of each person we serve.
Our Client Advocates and other team members have the knowledge and experience to assist each family through the network of State service requirements. By taking the time to meet with each individual and family upon intake, we are able to ensure that individuals and families understand the complex nature of Home and Community Based Waiver Services. By always being available to answer your many questions, we can help provide satisfaction and peace of mind for each person we serve.
The main goal for Bridges when serving the aging population is for the individual to stay in their home and to have the supports that are needed.
Attendant Care for the Aged & Disabled
Bridges treats each person as an individual; we respect their life goals and what is important to them.
Bridges is committed and uses a multidisciplinary team approach in providing a variety of interventions and replacement behaviors to highlight a person’s strengths and needs.
Behavior Services and Supports
We have several national certified Music Therapists who work 1:1 on advanced social skills, building higher self-esteem and improving fine & gross motor skills.
Bridges is built on community and integrating individuals with others to work on their social and community networking goals.
Bridges of Indiana can provide this service to your loved one in your home or in your community. This is a goal driven service that will allow our team of Direct Support professionals to work closely with a person to achieve a set of defined person-centered outcomes as defined by the individual’s care team. Goal achievement is monitored quarterly and changed if necessary.
